Overview

The Pluto XZU20 system-on-chip (SoC) module is bringing the power of FPGA to portable solutions. Combines AMD InFO package MPSoC Zynq™ UltraScale+™ device with low-power LPDDR4 SDRAM, eMMC flash, quad SPI flash, Gigabit Ethernet PHY, USB 3.0 and thus forms a complete embedded processing system in only 30 × 30 mm. This ultra-compact module delivers embedded intelligence, perfectly suited for a wide range of portable applications: sensing systems, medical devices, robotics, remote applications industrial control, and more. The low-power profile of the compact Pluto XZU20 SoM and the capability of the AMD MPSoC make it ideal for these demanding environments.
