EAP Pluto XZU20 Design-in Kit

The Enclustra EAP Pluto XZU20 Design-in Kit includes the Pluto XZU20 module, mounted on ST11 base board, along with accessories. It enables you to be one of the first to experience our most compact and advanced Pluto XZU20 solution equipped with the AMD Xilinx UltraScale+ device.

The Pluto XZU20 system-on-chip (SoC) module combines an AMD InFO package MPSoC Zynq UltraScale+™ device with low power LPDDR4 SDRAM, eMMC flash, quad SPI flash, Gigabit Ethernet PHY, and USB 3.0, forming a complete embedded processing system in just 30 x 30 mm form factor. The module’s low-power profile and the capability of its AMD MPSoC makes it well-suited for sensing systems, remote applications, and industrial control.
