Overview

Enclustra’s Neso RFF01 is an essential companion for Enclustra’s Andromeda RFSoC modules. It conveniently enables advanced RF signaling and high-speed data acquisition via the SMP coaxial connectors and on-board clocking. The board is particularly suited for cutting-edge applications like phased-array radar systems, 5G and satellite communications, high-speed data acquisition, test and measurement, and quantum computing.

The RFF01 interfaces the multiple differential signals of the RFSoC Module’s RF-ADCs/RF-DACs to single-ended SMP connectors for easy connection to customer’s sub-systems or laboratory equipment for testing. It also contains a clock generator for generating sample clocks and SYSREF signals required by the Andromeda RFSoC modules.

The large number of channels, wide operating frequency and excellent RF performance make it an ideal solution for applications requiring high-performance RF signal processing, such as beamforming and MIMO used in radar and telecommunications systems. Also, the excellent precision in timing and signal fidelity make it ideal for test and measurement applications, and quantum computing environments.

  • RF Filtering Option: Filters can be added to suppress unwanted frequencies and enhance signal quality
  • RF Clock Management: Incorporates a precision clock generator for creating RF-ADC/RF-DAC sample clocks and SYSREF clocks
