Successful Recertification: ISO9001:2015

Spring is the time of certification audits of the quality system in our calendar. It was the same this year when the certification house Bureau Veritas confirmed that all processes are still in line with the requirements of the standards ISO 9001:2015 (quality management system).

A stable and sustainable system of monitoring the quality of the delivered services and goods is the basis to improve the processes and overall quality of an organization. Therefore we approach the management of quality in the long-term and strive for a continuous improvement.

The Andromeda SOM-Family is Growing

With the Andromeda XZU65 Enclustra is presenting the second FPGA-based System-On-Module with the Andromeda form factor. The modular Andromeda System-on-Module (SOM) family is optimized for high-end applications. It supports up to 6 Samtec ADM6-60 high-speed connectors with up to 686 user I/Os. The XZU65 is equipped with 3 connectors and offers 322 User-I/Os.

This module is suitable for high-speed applications and video applications thanks to the high number of transceivers, to the superior module connector performance and to the large bandwidth of the DDR channels. It's based on the Xilinx Zynq Ultrascale+ MPSoC ZU7EV/ZU11EG devices and the optimal solution for the most rugged and demanding applications. The SOM integrates up to 4 GByte fast DDR4 SDRAM with Error Correction Code (ECC), 16 GByte eMMC flash and 128 MByte quad SPI flash. For communication it offers PCIe Gen3 x16, Gigabit Ethernet PHY and USB 3.0 as well as 24 MGTs with up to 16.6 Gbit/sec – all on a tiny footprint of just 68 × 52 mm.

Enclustra Germany Founded – Welcome Hartmut Müller

We are happy to announce the foundation of Enclustra Germany  in Ulm – and welcome Hartmut Müller, our site manager. Personal contact is key to successful collaboration – we value being close to our customers. That's the reason we opened an office in the southern part of Germany.

With Hartmut Müller, an experienced embedded and FPGA expert has joined Enclustra. He will manage our freshly founded Ulm site and is responsible for sales in Germany & Austria.

Thanks to his substantial expertise and know-how, Hartmut Müller will help our customers find the optimal solution for their application. Guidance with system design is one service on offer, with hardware selection based on a standard Enclustra module or a custom development, as well as application-specific recommendations for firmware and low-level software.
