Award Validates Commitment to Innovation
This win highlights the exceptional design and capabilities of the Pluto XZU20, a compact and powerful SoM featuring the AMD Zynq™ UltraScale+™ MPSoC.
This award validates our commitment to providing our customers with the best possible FPGA solutions and our continuous efforts in research and development.

Following the successful launch of our Pluto XZU20 system-on-chip (SoC) at Embedded World in Nuremberg, Germany, earlier in April this year, we were thrilled to demonstrate this powerful module to our North American customers.
Ideal for Portable Applications
Powered by the synergy of AMD Zynq™ UltraScale+™, the ultra-compact embedded technology in Pluto XZU20 is perfect for various portable applications. This coin-sized SoM (just 30×30 mm) combines embedded intelligence and portability, making it ideal for applications like:
- Real-time image and data processing (medical smart glasses, security systems)
- Zero-latency sensor fusion (data sensing, autonomous navigation)
- AI inference for portable intelligent devices
Early Access Program Available
The Pluto XZU20 is available today through an Early Access Program. This allows manufacturers to gain first-hand experience with the product's features. Engineering samples and a dedicated thermal solution are also available.
