Overview

The Pluto XZU20 system-on-chip (SoC) module combines AMD InFO package MPSoC Zynq UltraScale+™ device with low power LPDDR4 SDRAM, eMMC flash, quad SPI flash, Gigabit Ethernet PHY, USB 3.0 and thus forms a complete embedded processing system in only 30x30 mm. This module is suitable for sensings systems, remote applications and industrial control thanks to the low-power profile and the capabilitiy of the AMD MPSoC.
